PHYSICAL BAD HABITS 

Are built more gyms and sports facilities than ever more people studying to become a nutritionist, trainer or massage therapist ... The culture is increasingly being developed and yet, the Spanish we care as usual (bad) or even less. We need everyone's support to change it. Spain is and has always been a country in which there are many bad health habits: eating late, sleeping little, and so on. Currently, the Spanish still sleeping less hours than they should, eat poorly and in the worst moment and do very little sport. We have the ideal profile for experiencing conditions of all kinds: physical ailments and psychological fatigue. And it is quite strange that in an era when the cult of the body sends us very few who follow the most appropriate health patterns. It happens that our lives become more sedentary as the years pass. We work all day sitting in front of a computer (most, not all) and when we got home we sat in front of the TV and rest for a while. It would be logical aprovechásemos free time to move, to walk and see things, but we are tired. If we do then we no longer have time for anything. With the number of gyms that is, with increasingly skilled professionals and specialized, not waste the opportunity to get in shape. Physical expenditure of energy that we made there, compensates our mood. People do not believe it, but really one leaves the gym with more strength and energy with which he entered.
