THE BAD HABITS FOOD

Dietary habits depend largely on cultural patterns and traditions that the family transmits to its offspring.Since the birth of the children begins a process of teaching and learning, unintentional and unconscious, focusing on the family diet. Thus, the family table and the act of eating becomes the center of a succession of parents and other adults give children, leading them to define their preferences and dislikes, their favoritism to certain types of food preparation and , especially, to know the proper size of the rations.Moreover, in many families establishing a close relationship between affection and love of parents, especially mothers, and how to serve the table as an expression of that love. Many people come to connect both the affection with food when they feel some strong emotion (anger, fear, sadness), uncontrolled eating, and some come to make this a habit and eat when they feel lonely, frustrated or are facing any situation that creates anxiety, as the birth of a baby, changing jobs or moving to another city.In many modern societies, food is the best way to close a deal or celebrating a special event. Social learning are those which incorporates the individual and that as time passes lead him to develop, together with their customs, their obesity.As important as eating habits, is the habit we have trained since childhood to be active or playing sports or exercise. People who engage in some exercise in a disciplined manner over a lifetime are kept healthier and better control of their weight and body shape than those who do not
