HEALTHY FOOD
some times for have an good habits eathing:
Chew slowly and spit food thoroughly to prevent flatulence, bloating, and malaise.
Avoid fruit for dessert, only better between meals or at breakfast.
Come live foods at each meal and alfalfa sprouts, sunflower seeds, fenugreek and wheat, are very easy to digest enzyme. It is advisable to eat raw twice while cooking a snack, snack on the other.
Do not drink during meals, if the diet is not producing hydrated thirst and eating liquids dilute the gastric juices and hinder digestion.
Avoid refined sugars, white beet sugar or cane, candy and pasta made with white flour and sugar, chocolate and jams. Deplete the adrenal glands overdrive and weakens the immune system.
Reduce coffee making every effort, the coffee reduces the absorption of zinc, iron, chromium and calcium lost through urine after ingesting caffeine (diuretic)
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
Reduce snuff; stimulates gastric juices, inviting eat.
Prefer white meat like chicken or turkey, once a week.
As a source of fat used, vegetable oils and seeds (flax, sesame, etc.).
Prefer fermented milk such as yogurt or kefir.
Reduce consumption of table salt, instead use coarse sea salt, soy sauce and salt quality herbs, in small quantity.
If there is no hunger to take to take only fruit, salad or fresh juice, especially at night.
